I found a very early Frostie root beer with a Santa face on it. This bottle is brown glass and has never been opened. It is in great condition. All the colors on it is still intacted. I have not been able to find the exact image. The pictures I have found here is close. The bottle has marked on the cap ” Tri-city area ” and I know that is close to Maryland where Frostie first started. I found the bottle barried in Birchleaf Virginia. On the edge of Dickinson County Virginia. Does anyone know how I can find out more and its worth??
Kind of, yes, and yes. I would for sure braise an entire turkey and I would be delicious and tender. What you don’t want to try to do is braise the turkey whole. Cut it apart into its component parts (breast, thighs, legs, wings) and then braise all of the pieces. It will cook more evenly this way. Best practice is to use a pan in which you can lay out the meat in a single layer. You can do this in a roasting pan. Just seal the top with foil. Braising a whole turkey, the outside meat will be completely fall apart when the inside meat has just finished cooking.
