		<description>well, i just whisk three eggs, drop in the herbs and pour the stuff into a skillet with butter. i like an omelet cooked a bit more than the classic French tradition, so Julia Child and Hercule Poirot would probably frown, but what can I say? Runny eggs give me the heebie-jeebies.</description>

		<description>This sounds like a lovely wine, and I&#039;m sure the contemplative dinner on the porch was wonderful.  Did you go for the full Julia Child classic French omelet technique?  

I think my oddest wine and egg pairing was Grüner Veltliner and deviled eggs one Thanksgiving.  A little dry mustard, some chopped herbs and cornichons in the stuffing...  It&#039;s practically a handheld sauce gribiche.</description>
