This tasting was truly amazing, and I'll post my own take on it later this week. It's also great to dine with someone who has an appreciation for the various "scrap" cuts of meat, which may not be pretty like a delicate filet but are oh-so-flavorful. A few of my friends have lately become concerned when sitting down to dinner, wondering aloud "What critter is this, and what part of the critter are we eating?" Fredric was, as always, a gracious and informative host. This tasting was truly amazing, and I’ll post my own take on it later this week.
