		<description>At the big Whole Foods in Cleveland I actually saw the multiple eggs on display.  They were out of ostrich/emu eggs, but you could buy individual eggs from around six different birds.  It&#039;s weird seeing a single duck egg with a little price sticker on it.  This was right above a bin of mushrooms where you could purchase bulk morels for $50/lb.

Epicurious had a Top 10 Food Trends for 2009 that included the prediction &quot;Peruvian is the new Thai&quot;.  Denver&#039;s the only city I&#039;ve ever been in that had Peruvian restaurants, and that was simply because of an actual Peruvian community.</description>
