Grahm is likely doing something that I saw Walter Taylor (Bully Hill) do many years ago: before the government warnings appeared on labels, Bully Hill was telling people about sulfites and drinking and driving, etc. He was gearing up for what soon became a government requirement on wine labels.

There might be a benefit for a winery in being the first to do it–you know, to the unsuspecting general consumer, the producer led the way and the government followed.
