What a bargain!

It’s also a sentimental fave of mine, as you know.

Domenico, my often confused correspondent in Italy, tells me that the VA 2001 (? he seemed unsure of the vintage) is going for 46 euros, ie, 70 bucks, at Enoteca Pontevecchio in Florence.

Florence Italy, not Alabama.
