I know exactly what you mean about the pushing of the drinks. Drink up kids. Let’s get this party started.
I have another issue but I am sure this is just something that bugs me and not others. After the initial pour from the server I prefer to refill our glasses ourselves. They often pour too much in my glass or they refill the glasses of the people who are not really wanting more. Of course you can speak up but often you are engaged in conversation (probably loud due to the fact they have plied you with so much booze to start with)and you don’t even notice that the one glass you were going to have has now become your third.
Just venting. Carry on.
